METHOD OF PAYMENT - DISPATCH

The TOTAL PAYMENT of the work of art must be received IN FULL before it is dispatched to you by U.P.S. (UNITED PARCEL SERVICE), but you will be REIMBURSED if you are not satisfied with your order within TEN DAYS of its receipt.

For AMERICA, ASIA, AFRICA and countries outside the EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY (E.E.C.), the total price includes : carriage , insurance and possible tax liabilities which will be passed to you within 24 hours from the confirmation of the order if the work is still available, to be paid by E-MAIL, FAX, or COURRIER EXPRESS (48 hours). For works costing more than FF 20.000 (U.S.$ 4.000) we will pay the cost of carriage and insurance.

For COUNTRIES within the E.C. , there is no tax to pay, and we will pay the transport and insurance charges for works costing more than 15.000 FF. Confirmation of your order will be given within 24 hours by E-Mail, Fax or Courier Express.

Once you have sent your order, and you have received confirmation that the desired work is available, you will be able to pay by one of the four following methods :

1. A bank tranfert credited to the Galerie du Château BANQUE NATIONALE DE PARIS -29 Place de la République 56400 AURAY FRANCE compte n° 22563028
2. EA cheque payable to Galerie du Château , 45 rue du Château 56400 AURAY FRANCE
3. Credit card : VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN-EXPRESS. You can telephone direct giving the number of the card and expiry date, or send the information by TELEFAX, guaranteed security.
4. Payment on delivery. This method is not possible for certain European countries and for sums not exceeding 15.000 FF. Apply to us for advice on this method.

When the payment of your order has been completed ( credited to your account), you will recieve the work of art in under 48 hours for Europe, or in 8 days for the rest of the world. You will be warned by E-Mail, Fax or Telephone of the exact date of the delivery of your orders.
